Villamartin

Villamartin is a desirable and very well established restaurant and entertainment Plaza. Some of the names to look out for are Eduardos, Che's and Fusion, to name but a few.
You'll find restaurants to suit all tastes, whether it's Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Argentinian, traditional English Carvery and Roasts, or just Fast food to takeaway!

When the sun has set, you'll find plenty of evening entertainment: Music bars, Karaoke bars, Sports bars etc.
If you're looking for something a little more peaceful, then you're well catered for as well!

Other local ammenities include: Supermarkets, Newsagents, Chemists and various Souvenir Shops.

Each property is a two bedroom (one double, one twin) luxury apartment. Situated on the first floor of the building, each villa is equipped with:

Villa Locations

The Richmond Villa apartments are conveniently served by two airports:

• Murcia Airport (Ryan Air and Air Berlin etc) is just 20 minutes away
• Alicante Airport (Easy jet and many others), is just 40 minutes away

Pick up from the airport can be arranged, and/or car hire details can be provided.

Richmond Villa apartments are within easy reach of many facilities and ammenities:

• VillaMartin Plaza & VillaMartin Golf Course is only a minute away
• Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf Courses are both within 5 minutes drive
• LaZenia, a Blue-Flag beach is a 5 minute drive away with a courtesy bus available during the summer months.
• Nearest market is only a 5 minute drive away.
• Cabo Roig Strip with shops, bars, restaurants etc - 5 minute drive.
• Other Blue-Flag beaches within 5-10 minutes.
• The town of San Miguel is a 10 minute drive away.
• 2 Water Parks, 1 especially for children are both reached within a 20 minute drive.
• Torrevieja Town and Harbour is 20 minutes away.

A Golf discount store where you can book any course in the area with a discount is also nearby.
There are daily markets, including those at: Guadamar, Torrevieja, San Miguel and Playa Flamenco.

Hi Mick,

Just a short note to say a big 'thank you' for allowing is to stay in your Villamartin apartment last week.

We all had a lovely break, particularly Georgia who seemed to be quite at home in the surf at La Zenia beach; she also became quite adept on the trampoline near the Red Onions Restaurant!

We ate each evening in the Plaza and, as a result, now have to live on lettuce leaves for a month to try and get back into our clothes!

Thank for a great 5 days.

Villamartin was the idea location for our 5 day golf trip, only 25 minutes from Murcia airport the apartment was easy to find, the apartment was in a fantastic location to bars and restaurants with a 3 minute walk you have a choice of 10 bars and 20 restaurants also a handy was the supermarket which is 2 minutes down the road. The apartment is very spacious and easily sleeps 4 people, the pool area was very relaxing and a great place to chill out.

All in all it was a great 5 days and I'm sure we'll book again next year. Thanks Richmond Villas.

The Villamartin complex is an ideal destination, we were a family who just wanted to get away and relax. Our family and I had a fantastic holiday, we all enjoyed the on site swimming pool and local beaches. The apartment which is spacious and has home comforts is very close to some really good restaurants / bars that cater for all types of tastes, of which I would recommend "Fairways Restaurant". You are also not far from another complex that also has other restaurants / bars, they both are very reasonably priced. Local markets at San Miguel and Torrevieja are great to walk around and bargains to be had. I would recommend having a car just to explore and see some of the other lovely local towns and beaches, but not necessary as ou really do have everything to hand around the complex. We will be going back, and would not hesitate in recommending this holiday to our family and friends - Great time Thanks.

Mick,

Thanks for allowing us to use the apartment. It was lovely, clean and modern making our stay very comfortable. The swimming pool being right outside the front door was perfect for our little girl and the nearby beach at Campomoar was clean and beautiful while the sea was clear and calm.

We had a fantastic week and the weather was great as well. The bars and shops were all a short walk away and gave us all the facilities we needed.

Villamartin was an ideal place for our holiday, the apartment was spacious.It was equiped for everything we needed ffor our self catering holiday.The complex was in a safe enviroment as was the swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees.There were also some excellent golf courses near by.The supermarket and shops were just 2 minutes away, as were the many good quality restaurants and bars,with plenty of evening entertainmmet.It catered for all ages.Robert ad i had a really lovely relaxing time and will definitely return

Villamartin is an ideal destination for holidays of all types, be it a family, golfers or just adults wanting to relax. My family and I had a fantastic holiday, our little boy loved the on site swimming pool, which also has a separate 'baby pool' section. The apartment is spacious with all the comforts of home. La Zenia beach is just a 5 minute drive away. This beach is one on the nicest I have been to, it is cleaned everyday and there is a beach shop selling takeaway food / drinks. The apartment is also very close to some really nice restaurants / bars that cater for all types of tastes. They are reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly.
A highly recommended holiday.

Just wanted to say thank you for a lovely holiday.

The apartment was nicely furnished with everything anyone could want for.
Supermarket, restaurants and bars very close by and we felt very safe as the apartment is within a gated area and only residents with keys can access the living and pool areas.
Very nice pool and surrounding garden. My husband was especially happy with the golfing facilities. With three golf courses very close by he was spoilt for choice. There is something for all the family at Villa Martin - we will definitely return again.
